• The health and safety of our students is our top priority and we will maintain EIM as a covid-safe campus to ensure that we can provide the best possible learning experience for our students. We will work our hardest to minimise any disruptions to our students’ learning.

For the health and safety of all our students:

    - Hand sanitisers are widely available

    - Our staff are fully vaccinated against covid, except where medical exemption applies

    - Our staff and students must wear face masks at all times while indoor

    - We comply with the density limit as specified by the NSW government

    - We clean all surfaces and disinfect thorougly between visits.

In the event that your instructor tests positive to covid, either:

    - a sub will take the class for the week, or until your instructor recovers, or

    - we transition the lesson from face-to-face to online live-streaming until your instructor is cleared to take face-to-face lessons again, or

    - the lesson for the week is postponed and we will reschedule the lesson to another suitable time slot later on.

In the event that you test positive to covid, do not stress. Comply with regulations and isolate at home. Do NOT come in for the lesson that week. Notify us as soon as possible before the lesson and we can either:

    - livestream the lesson for you, or

    - if you feel like you’re not well enough to learn, we will record the lesson for you to watch when you get better.

  • We offer significant amount of extra support for all our subjects outside of class. Students needing help with a particular topic, or just needing revision, can browse our large catalogue of learning videos on HSC101. For extra practice to master relevant concepts, our online homework system offers automatic marking and immediate feedback.

For extra help, our tutors can be contacted outside of lesson hours by either text, email or on various social media platforms! We are always happy to help - whether it's our work, schoolwork or preparation for an assessment!

  • We do not run any holiday programs. All our classes follow the normal school term*. Please refer to our class timetable for more information.

We run an extra lesson for Y11/12 Mathematics Ext 1 and 2, Physics and Chemistry in the school holidays, prior to the first week of the term.

We also run extra lessons for Y12s in the holidays prior to the trials and the HSC.

  • No. All course material will be provided. All enrolled students will receive a comprehensive set of course notes and extensive workbooks, covering every facet of the course. Students enrolled in relevant subjects will also have access to HSC101, our proprietary online learning platform.

  • Fear not! When you enrol, we will do our best to patch you up. We will provide you with all the learning materials for the missed topics. If we offer online courses for the subject you enrol in, you will receive complimentary access to those courses. You will be able to stream all our video lessons to bridge those missed topics. Your tutor will also be happy to help you with any further questions!

  • Fill out this short form and we will get in touch in a jiffy to get the ball rolling! We will first book you in for a free trial lesson. After the trial lesson, if you find that we are a good fit for you, we will then run through registration to collect your information and create your online accounts. That's it!

  • We offer free trial for any class(es) listed on our timetable that you may be interested in. This allows you to experience our teaching in a risk-free way and to see whether they like what we have to offer. • After you have enrolled, we will generate you an invoice within the week. For new students, invoice will be generated on a pro-rata basis (charged for the remaining number of lessons after your free trial). The invoice can be paid via credit card, EFT, cheque or cash. For enrolled students, we will send out invoices at the end of every term to inform you of the fees payable for the upcoming term.

  • We believe that everyone should have access to quality education. As such, we charge very fair rates that average out to be under 30$ per hour for most of our subjects. To make your life a bit easier, we do offer discounts for:

    - Enrolling in multiple subjects: second subject receives 10% off, third subject receives 20% off, etc.

    - Siblings: subjects taken by siblings stack under multiple subject discount.

    - Yearly payments: 10% discount.

  • We monitor our students' progress strictly through quizzes and homework. Results are recorded internally so that we can track progress and identify areas that need more work. Parents can request for a summary of the records on a termly basis.

Parents will be notified in the event of incomplete or unsatisfactory homework. Parents will also be notified if students are frequently late or absent.

Parent teacher interviews can also be arranged upon request.

  • We have special office hours during which we can focus on dealing with enquiries, payments and enrolments. This is separated from teaching hours so as to minimise disturbances, for the benefit of our enrolled students.

Due to COVID-19, we have minimised our office hours. However, you can always make an appointment with us by booking in a time that suits you. Just fill out the this form, or email us, and we'll be in touch!
